At the wild & rooted, every product is handcrafted in small batches with love and care. Because our skincare is made for personal use, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once items leave our studio. Every jar, stick, or balm is made just for you!
Melted Products
Our products are 100% natural, which means they can be a little sensitive to temperature changes during shipping.
Even though we take precautions—like shipping items frozen, adding ice packs in the summer, and using insulated packaging—melting can still happen.
No worries! Melted products are safe, fully usable, and just as effective. Because melting doesn’t affect their quality or benefits, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for melted items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want your goodies to arrive in perfect condition! If your package is damaged or you receive the wrong item, reach out to us at the.wildn.rooted@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly send a replacement for any item damaged in transit or sent in error.

Skincare is personal—and once it leaves our studio, it can’t be resold or restocked. This policy helps us keep every product safe, pure, and top-quality for you and all our customers.
